It survived the times, was in great demand, was hidden, stolen and bought for great riches. The Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trismegistus is evidence of this mystery. My opinion

Some time ago there were quite a big hype about this book and the accompanying documentary. At that time I have kept nothing of it and can not read the book. Today I can say is, my first impression was not mistaken. This is the most useless

book that I have ever read. The first few pages still sound interesting and you will be made hot on the secret. Then at some point one notes "This is it? Why so much hoopla?" What we sell here trying to just under 230 pages, I can tell you in a Sentence to say: "Positive Engerie, Yeah!" After about 40 pages, the written word repeated again and again. And the wisdom of teachers alleged miracles give of themselves. These are neither provable nor for me to understand who the teachers of wisdom are ever / should be. Do not get me wrong

: I support the basic concept of positive thinking, but what is being done here is I think beyond that. For all the human should be responsible because he has to be tightened with his thoughts. I do not think the Haitiianer the recent fortunes have risen. It just happened. Wars, hunger, poverty - all this happened, no one takes this in any way at.

I also think that if a man lives according to The Secret, that he was not really alive. He can not even make certain experiences. I mean it's always good to someone who knows nothing of compassion, forgiveness, charity - as well as to him it was always good. And if he should help but he pulls it not the misfortune, because he has dealt with negative things? Very misleading book.

Conclusion: Stay away!

Thank you to the Goldmann Verlag for this reading copy!

My opinion

In November I have read the first volume of the trilogy and reviewed: click . I would say that you should read Volume 1, in any case before, because otherwise you do not know exactly who is there with whom and how modest ... y'know? * G *

In the second volume the author's straightforward and clear writing style remains faithful. Similarly, there was in this book several Italian terms. These are explained in the novel, either directly or through a history footnote. A glossary of terms, what was the first book available, so there is not or is no longer necessary.

About the Story I would not say as much as some want to read the book yet, not one or another of the first band knows. I can only say that known and unknown Charaktäre were to be found and what happened to me about their lives and have brought near Florence. Rainer Schröder has done it again entrain me.

Many thanks to the publishing arena, which gave me a review copy of the possibility to read this great book.
