Quotations Foe Lighting Lamp
So, with big Jesus in Rio de Janeiro, Awesome Machu Picchu near Cuzco, and now Chichen Itza we have seen on this trip, almost half of the 7 new wonders of the world (the other would be the Great Wall, the Taj Mahal, the Colosseum in Rome and the city of Petra in Jordan). Chichén Itza is a Mayan ruin is about 2 hours away from Cancun, we are opposed to our other Marschrute with a tour there, rather than to try on your own, what we have the first part of the day regret extremely. First, we visited a cave and that was unfortunately made by various sprinkler systems and unnatural structures quite touristy. The next step, we were carted to a nearby sent on Highway Mall, where we at low prices Maya fantastic souvenir could acquire and then it went into a strange restaurant where we enjoyed a local snack.
right we were so annoyed after about 5 hours to finally to the ruin, where it began, the positive part of the tour. Our guide was very good and informative, so we all have seen not only as a pile of stones and pyramids, but have also learned a bit of background knowledge.
The ruin itself was pretty cool, but when a month earlier at the Machu Picchu sat Montana, a small pyramid faded somewhat.
The next day we then presented to Playa del Carmen, where I also now write, really a party place, some great Schnorchelstraende and offers Maya site in the area. After a day at the beach
have we then set out for Akumal, a small village about half an hour from here, we had heard from a Mexican, that there can often see turtles. Right
low expectations, we are there broken up, because our last Schnorkelausflug extreme flow of this type is unspectacular. In Akumal we found already one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen, so the trip had been worthwhile.
In the water it was but then again a whole corner better, I had expected to see maybe a few small turtles, and suddenly was sitting 2 meters below us a huge old turtle. Legal Stunned, we drove over the cattle when it was suddenly leave the ground and floated through the water ... It was absolutely overwhelming for me to swim there with the tortoise.
The last few days we have then, except for a trip to the ruins at Tulum, located right on the sea, spent in the hostel and the beach.
Tonight, we go further for us while on a scooter, Katja said goodbye and fly back to Vancouver.

corporate culture and corporate identity
The corporate culture and the Corporate Identity proving to be increasingly important competitive advantage because they are difficult to imitate, as for example, products and services.
Every company has to be a company that is preparing for its leaders to have to open up new possibilities and its To solve problems creatively.
The corporate culture is not an end in itself and has the goal of the staff members to provide direction and thus a sense of their behavior.
The corporate culture is the totality:
· the values
· traditions
· the myths
· standards
· the ways of thinking that are prevalent in the enterprise.
Their representation, such as in a book that every employee receives, and the mediation, for example, in presentations by the leadership, is particularly important forms of handing down of the corporate culture and identity. "Solitary" collections of proverbs à la "People are our focus ...." in glossy paper flyers are not enough.
required Building a corporate culture of a long period, the destruction of the same often only short periods of time.
The corporate culture of a company is mainly determined by two factors :
· the model of corporate governance,
· the vision of management.
are also presented here must live, must it be delivered, this can be done through coaching, supervision, training and continuing education.
Why corporate culture?
If a gardener shall state the reasons why he should do something, he'll understand it better. If he have, for example, says that he embellished the palace gardens of Versailles and planting not only flower bulbs.
The levels of the corporate culture, then, are the values and principles of management and finally - through the agency in coaching, supervision and continuing education - that of the employees.
values that can set an example the management of a company staff and employees:
· innovate
· decisiveness
· risk appetite
· flexibility
· integrity
· loyalty
· communication options
A crux is that the corporate culture has its roots in the past, the company itself must be committed to adjust future strategies.
The functional perspective of the corporate culture is its orientation:
· for the performance of the company processes involved,
· for entrepreneurial Think
· for the actions of corporate management.
Another perspective of the corporate culture is its possible emergence of pluralistic process.
What criteria determine the ingrained corporate culture of management of a company?
The answer is both a checklist and guide current decisions of running a business.
lighthouse overlooking Ability:
· see how far beyond the executives over the immediate area of responsibility?
· To what extent is the total interest to them when making decisions in the calculus?
· Are they for empathy and higher-level view of the decision makers in the superior position?
· is involved with the decision based on the competition?
· If the proactive management of the benefits of stakeholders?
· innovation is seen as a worthwhile feature?
· Are the interests of customers, "our" interests?
· we make our customers into ambassadors of the company?
· If Customer and its appreciation of our priority 1?
· We regularly review our service standards over meetings?
· the power management executives sure to empower vulnerable situations through regular informal care?
· Are "We" quickly, safely and unperturbed by the vagaries of life?
· control "we" praise to? ü (praise to check)?
· loyalty is rewarded within the ethical boundaries visible in the company?
vision and human resource management as part of a corporate culture
An entrepreneurial vision as part of corporate culture is not a goal. An entrepreneurial vision goes further, it goes deeper than a strategy.
What role has a vision as part of the culture? It indicates the direction, it conveys meaning.
you must captivate the mind and appeal to the hearts of employees. It must be based on principles and values.
The vision always has a didactic purpose.
It is therefore the responsibility of the HRM (Human Resource Management) as a central part of the culture of a company, employees and employees under this for the future for all employees to get close. This is done through respect and appreciation of the managers against the employees and the measures themselves, such as coaching, supervision and seminars.
The foundations of corporate success are
· price
· quality
· Service,
· time
· range,
· employees .
Human Resource Management (HRM) has, as I think, deserves a central role in a company, to identify it and determine more accurately applies.
It's about the determination to the members of the company at the center.
aim also of HRM as a central point of the enterprise culture, it is natural to achieve competitive advantages, competitive advantages through systemic and concerted action in the areas of:
· selection
· used
· cooperation
· pay systems
· through education and training,
· motivation of the staff members guide.
The goal of the HRM in the center of the culture is to develop happy, committed, proactive employees, the ambassadors of the company.
This requires a continuing and lifelong education, with the aim of continuous improvement of business processes.
The bottom line is the learning ability of a company. is
The better example in his vision from the superiors every level and accepted by the employees, the more it becomes a source of motivation for all.
The role of HRM as a central component of culture, the employees is to give the impression that they work for a company for which it pays to use themselves.
In companies where this is not the case, or which are judged by critics in such a way must be at least the core mission of the company employees are taught again and again.
Possible measures to improve the existing corporate culture:
but broadening the base of the existing culture in the company of a company "people first" is through the following measures to optimize possible and, with the tradition of this culture can be continued organic:
· more opening by removing the barriers that still between individuals, departments, hierarchical levels, strategic business units and regional units exist.
· Promote networks of internal and external know-how carriers.
· to Encourage informal cooperation.
· creating a culture of trust.
· install an open market for ideas and talent.
· identify the "best" employees, which is seen as key persons in the interest of the entire enterprise and not used in the interests of holders.
· The offer of training and continuing education programs for business conduct. Key questions to begin the guiding principles of a company
Any change in the corporate culture of a company must be at the top:
Instead of resumes.
For each company, which applies to all of us:
Is what we now Do the results of our recent decisions, we can conclude that we are what we will be in future, cause of our present decisions.
why a company needs an explicit corporate culture with its elements of a vision, a mission statement (Human Resources), a strategy.
Without proper coaching, a supervision of the processes and training of managers at least, is a strategic management is not possible.
The systematic coaching staff to proactive actions in terms of the strategies under the corporate culture is a task no definite end.
Every corporate culture has strategies of different dimension that must be processed:
The offensive strategy , which is directed at creating a strong competitive position in a strategic market needs, a dimension of corporate culture in which customer focus, openness to the new, risk-taking, entrepreneurial behavior are required.
The defensive strategy by which the position is defended requires a dimension of corporate culture, based on maintaining customer loyalty and / or the amounts to the liquidation of inefficient businesses.
The management should embody these dimensions of corporate culture.
· What will be the company in the future?
· How do "we" establish the position of the uniqueness of "our" markets?
· the plans are documented and sufficiently plausible?
· strategies have been understood by employees?
· Contact the staff initiative and for the strategies?
· business strategies Re-view of the experience, the know-how, on the feelings of the employees?
· we live before the values that we embody?
· Are we too slow, wavering, uncertain in the bureaucratic decisions?
· Are the strategies of corporate culture match?
· Does the "whole" our ability and to the attitudes, values, traditions?
· Does the strategy or the corporate culture be changed?

Card Reader Using Tape Head
After I had my dear sister, who visited us for a while on our trip, picked up from the airport was once purely celebrated her birthday thick. Unfortunately, it is the people with whom we celebrate not choose and so we were in a club with the weirdest party crowd of all time ... AAAAB as we had for 10 € all-you-can-drink of the evening was still very funny.
The next day was spent mainly sleeping only once, until it then went towards the beach but at some point .. otherwise there was not much going on with the day, evening Thats has a fine birthday dinner, the Mexicans can really fantastic cook.
The next day we drove to the Mall of Cancun, to us a little adjusting of our zuzulegen Ostkuestentour .. a couple of diving masks and snorkels .. and are later driven by bus to a nearby coral reef, to test our new purchases. A few fish could also have , See, unfortunately the weather has not really played that day.
Friday we said goodbye with a heavy heart of the nice hostel and are (Uiuiui = Island of Women) by bus and ferry to Isla Mujeres broken. The island is a popular X Schnorchelort, which is somewhat ueberannt from tourism, but is still overall very relaxed.
On the beautiful island and we spent the first times a day with snorkeling, the underwater world is really quite breathtaking (at least for a snorkeling novice like me) match, and the beaches really the stereotype of a Caribbean beach. White sand, azure blue water, palm trees, hammocks. Fantastic.
Yesterday we have then got two scooters to the island to explore a bit, bloederweise we were already at the most beautiful part of the island, so the rest then offered no more great highlights. But since neither I nor my Amigo scooter were more self-driven, was also the rumcruisen on the small island (which we hasten without about 3 times umquerten whole) pretty cool. In the evening we went snorkeling again at our fine beach for a bit and in the hostel to celebrate with live music at the Beach Bar.
Today we landed in Cancun then again in our old hostel, because we want to include even a tour to Chichen Itza (or so), a ruin in the country appear to be part of the new 7 wonders of the world, of which I never even something heard have is.
We'll see.

are good two days before we arrived in the last country of our trip-MEXICO. Before learning about our first impressions report here in Cancun I think I need to catch up a little bit of what Costa Rica.
Our last sign of life we have from the beautiful town Quepos, with the letter "E"

The weather was as far from all other places in Costa Rica used to hot, partly cloudy in the evening and you could predict with very great certainty a heavy tropical rain.
On the day of our departure at short notice have three of the Americans decided to go with us one of the active volcanoes in Costa Rica, Arenal.

the evening we have a short trip than directly to the park entrance, in the hot water.

We have once again enjoyed American life and look towards the burgers from BK Inception in one of the time. In the evening we could easily re abegeben the car with Europcar in the luck nines unseen cracks and scratches in the front. The night until about 4 o'clock in the morning we spent half-asleep at the airport.

Well Sunday we have the same perceived one of the many Flatratesaufangebote yet celebrated quite excessive. Tonight is Katja, Kai dear sister for the people who do not know, and we will directly purely celebrate her birthday.
I guess I max. 2 days we will head towards Tulum where we will make what probably hear from us.

Costa Rica is a very beautiful country.
Unfortunately we are grad from the "Highlight Factory Peru", so it's kinda hard to be overwhelmed by something. Even the guide books that we have to walk off saying, "There is much to see in Costa Rica, but nothing you can not miss."
AAAAB, I will rummeckern not mean that I can here in paradise relaxing.
l
After we picked up our car, have we put up the first time to the Caribbean-coast and will have only a couple of days with fairly average weather in hammocks in Puerto Viejo We slept until we had enough and we even through the country towards the Pacific- coast have crashed.
where we stayed in the small surfing town in Dominical scruffy Hostel now and have yet again tried to get up without unnecessary courses on a surfboard. After 2 days relaxing on the beach, we decided that some action is due and headed for the Corcovada National Park, the most intense Biologically place in the World "! Whatever that means.
After a long drive over a street dotted with huge potholes, we arrived in the sleepy village of La Palma, where we intended to begin our expedition.
There we learned that even the route to Los Patos Ranger Station, from where we intended to enter the park, is a little adventure on the way you have 12 times to cross a river. The first two times we could still expect our Toyota Yaris .. then we went walking on traveling through the currents.
total we hiked about 9 hours by rivers and beautiful rain forest, the absolute highlight of Costa Rica before.
look like today we went to the coast, just sitting in Quepos and the dates will probably try to refine our Surfkuenste ..

60th Birthday Speeches Examples Free
the Americans are crazy.
We had heard much about it that Costa Rica is pretty much the new Hawaii is the Americans, and that it is one of the largest package holiday destinations in the U.S. ... but the Amivolk has at least genuine in San Jose built a soap bubble, where it absolutely can just live as in their beloved homeland. If you drive through some neighborhoods here, you think, you cruising grade through a suburb in the U.S. .. KFC Taco Bell next to Burger King next next next next to McDonalds Wendys Dennys ... etc.
AAAB because we are Europeans so, we thought, yes we can do in principle 2 days of vacation in the U.S..
San Jose has to offer, unfortunately, not very much anyway, so we are just yesterday to a large mall, have caught us a couple of Big Macs and have looked Karate Kid.
today but goes so well again, we get in our car about 2 hours and then the right to explore Costa Rica!
